This return and refund policy is maintained by the return and refund policy generator. This policy applies to all products purchased in Alexsoninnovations.
You can return most items for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Unless noted below, outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

All returned items must be new, unused and with all original tags attached.

Products must be returned in their original packages.

Products and returns are defective due to our errors.
The following Goods cannot be returned

The original product label is damaged or missing.

Products damaged or worn due to improper use.

Products beyond the warranty period (30 days) will not be returned.

Clearance merchandise and any items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns.
Refunds are generally issued within 5-7 business days after we have processed your return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer or does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
